Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

There's a fine line between being the hunter and being the hunted. Prey plays with that tension, pairing a beautiful stretch of pale blue turquoise with a rugged, imposing silver setting. The stone has an almost peaceful quality, like a quiet watering hole in the middle of unforgiving country. But appearances can be deceiving. Out in the wild, it's often the quietest things that deserve the closest attention.
Dry Creek turquoise is an unusual and highly regarded variety from Nevada, best known for its pale, powdery blue color, a softer shade than the vivid blues traditionally associated with turquoise. Its delicate coloring and contrasting natural matrix give it a distinctive character prized by collectors. This elongated, asymmetrical cabochon displays beautiful sky-blue tones crossed by fine brown and golden markings. Set in a substantial sterling silver bezel with a twisted wire accent, the stone sits atop a wide, brushed silver band that gives Prey its bold, sculptural presence.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
