Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

A soft blue stone sits against a broad, weathered silver plate, bringing a little calm to an otherwise rugged design. No rank, no title, no permission needed. Just a badge of your own making.
Larimar is a distinctive blue variety of the mineral pectolite, found in the Dominican Republic and treasured for its remarkable resemblance to tropical water and drifting clouds. Its beautiful blue coloring is associated with copper, while its swirling white patterns make each stone unique. Badge features an oval cabochon with delicate variations of pale blue and milky white, framed by a twisted sterling silver border. The stone rests on a substantial rectangular silver plate with softly irregular edges and a brushed, oxidized finish, giving the ring the character of a well-loved artifact.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
