Return/Refund Policy 

Refunds accepted within 10 days of receiving your item.

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing. We have ring sizers available on my website if you are unsure.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (2-5 business days) on orders below $250 for $8.00. All orders over $250 ship for free. At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express (overnight-2 days) for $30.

All packages will ship within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping in US only.  

Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item. 

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.
