Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

A little sweetness never hurt anybody. Gum Drops brings back the simple pleasures of childhood, when a pocketful of candy could make an ordinary afternoon feel like a celebration. Two little drops of soft pink shell sit against darkened silver, sweet enough to make you smile but with just enough edge to keep things interesting. A playful reminder that growing up doesn't mean giving up the fun stuff.
Pink conch shell is treasured for its naturally occurring shades of blush, rose and coral pink, often displaying delicate variations in color that give each piece its own character. Long appreciated in Southwestern jewelry, conch shell offers a beautiful softness against the strength of sterling silver. These petite, teardrop-shaped cabochons have a gentle pink glow, each set against a rectangular sterling silver backplate with a twisted wire border and darkened finish. Simple silver ear wires complete a charming pair that balances delicate color with rugged, handmade character.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
