Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

There's something beautiful about a place the world has forgotten. Empty streets, weathered buildings and stories that linger long after the people have gone. Ghost Town carries a little of that haunting beauty in five pale stones, each marked by delicate traces of black and gray. Like remnants of another time, they're connected by rugged silver links, creating something that feels both lost and found. Some places never really leave us, even when there's nothing left but the memories.
White Buffalo comes from Nevada and is admired for its striking white appearance and contrasting dark matrix. Although frequently called White Buffalo Turquoise, it is not actually turquoise. Its pale, porcelain-like surface and natural markings give each stone a character all its own. Ghost Town brings together five individually shaped cabochons, from elongated teardrops to rounded ovals, each displaying subtle variations of creamy white and charcoal-gray matrix. Set by hand in sterling silver and joined by open, elongated links, the necklace sits close to the collarbone, combining the rugged character of Western silverwork with an elegant, understated silhouette.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
