Details

Abyss is the kind of blue you could get lost in. A long slab of Royston turquoise runs from bright blue into green, with earthy matrix drifting through the surface like something seen far below the water. Set high on a heavy split silver band, it has depth, weight and a little mystery. Sometimes it’s good not to know what’s at the bottom.

Royston turquoise comes from Nevada’s historic Royston mining district and is known for its wide range of blues and greens mixed with naturally occurring host rock. This elongated cabochon shows dramatic shifts in color and matrix and is set by hand in sterling silver on a substantial split band.

Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
