Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

Some things have a way of carrying us back. A familiar song, a winding river, a place you haven't visited in years but can still picture perfectly. Moon River has that same nostalgic charm. Five beautiful pieces of turquoise, each a little different, connected by silver links like moments along a journey. A reminder that the places we've been are always a part of where we're going.
Royston turquoise comes from Nevada's historic Royston mining district, celebrated for its remarkable range of blues, greens and distinctive natural matrix. The warm, golden-brown host rock often found in Royston creates beautiful contrasts against the turquoise, sometimes resembling rivers winding through a desert landscape. Moon River brings together five individually shaped cabochons, each displaying its own arrangement of brilliant blue-green color and earthy matrix. Set by hand in sterling silver and connected by substantial silver links, the bracelet is finished with a twisted silver toggle clasp. Together, the stones create a beautiful little landscape of their own, with no two views quite alike.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
