Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

Joy Ride captures that feeling with three brilliant pieces of turquoise that seem to move together, each taking its own path. A little freedom, a little spontaneity and the pleasure of enjoying the ride without worrying too much about the destination.
Royston turquoise comes from Nevada's historic Royston mining district, celebrated for producing some of the most distinctive blue and green turquoise in the American Southwest. Exceptional Royston is prized for its rich, saturated color and the beautiful contrast of natural golden-brown host rock. Joy Ride showcases three high-grade, freeform cabochons with luminous blue-green color and striking ribbons of warm, earthy matrix. Each stone has been individually shaped to preserve its natural character, then set in sterling silver and suspended from a substantial chain of elongated handmade links. Together, the three stones create a beautifully balanced composition that celebrates the remarkable color and character of fine Royston turquoise.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
