Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

Joe doesn't need a fancy name or a complicated story. A square of hand-stamped sterling silver holds a small piece of Poseidon Variscite, its pale green color broken up by a wild web of earthy matrix. Finished with teal braided leather, it's got a little Western grit and plenty of character. Nothing too polished, nothing trying too hard. Just Joe, and that's enough.
Poseidon Variscite is known for its soft greens and blue-greens with distinctive natural matrix that creates intricate patterns across the stone. This oval cabochon is set by hand in sterling silver with a twisted wire border, surrounded by individually stamped details on a broad, diamond-shaped plate. Finished with teal braided leather and silver-toned bolo tips.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
