Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

Five is a good number to have on your side. Five fingers on a hand, five senses to take in the world and five little silver accents that give this cuff its name. There's something satisfying about a piece that doesn't try to explain itself. A beautiful white stone, a few well-placed details and plenty of silver. Sometimes the simplest things have the most to say.
White Buffalo is a distinctive stone found in Nevada, prized for its striking white appearance and contrasting dark matrix. Despite often being called White Buffalo Turquoise, it isn't actually turquoise. This oval cabochon is especially beautiful for its nearly uninterrupted creamy white surface, crossed by a few fine black lines and a darker patch of matrix near its edge. Set in a wide, brushed sterling silver cuff, the stone is complemented by five raised silver accents and softly irregular edges. The contrast between the pale stone and weathered silver gives Five a rugged simplicity that feels both timeless and distinctly handmade.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
