Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.
Return/Refund Policy
Refunds accepted within 10 days of receiving your item.
Please email if there is a problem with your order paige@hoteluglymetal.com

Details
Thunder Keeper carries the thunderbird, a symbol of protection and strength passed through generations. Hand-etched wings, solid sterling silver, and deep blue turquoise — shaped by the road and rooted in the earth.
Antelope Hill Variscite comes from a small, hand-dug mine in Nevada's Esmeralda County, named for a pronghorn antelope that appeared to guide the miners toward their discovery. The mine produces an extraordinary range of greens, from pale mint to nearly black, often crossed with intricate natural webbing. This dark, richly patterned stone rests at the heart of a hand-formed sterling silver thunderbird, surrounded by stamped geometric details, small stars and outstretched wings. A fitting home for a stone with a little wilderness in its history.
One of a Kind. Handmade in McKinney, TX.
Materials + Care
My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
