Shipping Policy
All orders ship for free. All packages will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Hotel Ugly ships USPS Ground (3-5 business days). At checkout you may choose to select USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for $12 or Priority Mail Express Overnight (2 days) for $30.
Shipping in US only
Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Hotel Ugly, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

Three ribbons of Royston turquoise hang together like pieces of the same story. Cream-colored stone is cut through with thin veins of blue and green, each one taking its own unpredictable path. They look less like imperfections and more like a map of where they’ve been. Some people chase perfection. Others wear proof they’ve lived.
Royston Ribbon Turquoise comes from Nevada’s Royston mining district. Rather than cutting away the surrounding host rock, lapidaries carefully follow thin seams of turquoise through it, preserving the natural ribbon of color. These three individually cut stones are set in sterling silver and suspended from a distressed, handmade 22-inch sterling silver chain with a handmade clasp.

My jewelry is imperfect and meant to look warn. I feel it adds to the one of a kind, handmade quality. I feel it's magic is to continue aging, gathering your energy in it's bones. Please let the dark spots darken and to refresh your shine, brush the high spots with 0000 steel wool. Avoid chemicals & water. Using silver polish will shine it up, removing the distressed patina.
